Positive: Location and the hot breakfast. Negative: Had a few issues at check in and played musical rooms but they took care of the situation efficiently

Run down property, not maintained. Second floor hallway has soft spots in it. Was given two different sets of room keys and neither set worked. Once the front desk attendant opened the door with his master key, we discovered the room was not the type I reserved. Then he made another set of keys for another room which I discovered was already occupied. Back to the first room and pulled out the couch bed. It was torn and the mattress fell to the floor. Do yourself a favor and keep driving - this property is not worth spending money on! Front desk attendant seemed helpful but my guess is management is horrible and not willing to spend money on basic repairs.

Went down for breakfast at 815am (supposed to be until 9am) . Apparently a big group had booked rooms but they had not prepared for them to be there. Everything was gone so the guests not in group were unable to get anything as simple as milk. No one was refilling breakfast items and when asked said they were out. The hot tub was green and had trash floating in it although it supposedly opened at 8am. So no breakfast and no hot tub. Will not being staying at one of these again.

Check in employee was very nice. However, it was super disheartening that the pool and hot tub area is still broken. Breakfast area was clean. That being said, the bagel choices were nonexistent (only sesame seed) and the cream cheese had gone bad. The biscuit was hard on one side and the gravy was room temperature at best. I ended up with some cereal and milk and it was good.
