I wish I could give negative stars. Imagineers in Connecticut is the worst property mgmt company. They’re quick to charge you with fees if you are late on your hoa payment but when there is an incident and they are liable to fix it, they’re communication is bad, not “ prompt and timely “ as stated in the bylaws; management doesn’t hold their property managers accountable when contacted by owners due to non response/lack of communication/ lack of action. I am 2 months into a flood issue and work hasn’t begun to rebuild yet. WORST property management company and I fully understand why they get a bad reputation now. I am completely frustrated and stressed out. No compassion from the HOA/Imagineers, no apologies, no remorse. It took a month to get the property manager on the phone only after we called her supervisor. At 3months she has still never been to the property. The manager stopped returning our phone calls because we would call him since our property manager never calls us back. Her emails are short, incoherent sentences at best. This may sound ridiculous and extreme, but believe the one star reviews… absolute insanity. I will never buy into an HOA/Condo

Service has much improved with conscientious and responsible responses from Danielle. For many years calls were rarely returned and there was much dissatisfaction, but service seems to have turned a corner and is more than adequate.

Seems like everyone who works for this company has an attitude. The person who answers the phone is so rude and the case workers are not much better. Very unprofessional & seems like there is a lack of care.

You would have to ask them about that because it depends on your situation.
Find your local Public Housing Agency (PHA). Determine if you are eligible. Obtain an application for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program., Fill out and submit the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program application. Find out the Waiting List status. You could be lucky are you could not. Good luck.
You have to sign up for t he notifications. And depends on town.
Only if you're not receiving any income from anywhere else
