I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was amazing, very clean also. The location right off the highway was easy to access. Only thing that was a problem was the phone to contact the hotel, it just needs to be replaced. Other than that it was a great stay... Oh and the breakfast is really nice.

So far I'm not happy. I was overcharged for my two rooms once I checked my bank account. Then I was charged for two king beds when I actually received one king and one queen. My service was handled quickly and they didn't do their due diligence during the checking in process. I'm too tired to argue tonight but I will need some answers in the morning. Then I'll change my rating. Right now I'm not happy with the sevice.

We were SO happy with our stay here. We checked in late at night & front desk staff was super helpful and professional. Room was fresh & clean. Beds were comfy. Definitely book here when you're coming to Beaumont. 🙂

Clean nice rooms. Restaurant is good. Breakfast buffett is good. Really nice Severs. And the man that does the Omelette Station has a great personality and makes delicious and beautifully plated omelettes.

It's not included, but is all you can eat. I believe some packages include it. Best option in Beaumont, as far as I'm concerned.
