I had been very hesitant to get the major dental work done that I have known for some time that I needed. To be honest, the pandemic and wearing a mask whenever I was out of my home just made it easier to delay. With strong encouragement from my family and friends, I recently went for an initial consultation at Aspen Dental in Peabody, MA. There was ample free parking directly in front of the office. The person who did my intake was welcoming and helpful. Starting with x-rays taken by Yesenia, a dental assistant whose genuine broad smile and gentle voice went a long way toward putting me at ease, and continuing with Barbara, one of the nicest and most knowledgeable dental hygienists who have ever treated me, my concerns, questions, and even fears were treated with great concern and respect. Barbara's instructions, explanations, and answers were always clear and thorough, as were Dr. Camacho's as she confirmed my strong suspicion that a significant amount of reparative work should be done. As I explained to Dr. Camacho how embarrassed I was for my mouth being in the state that it is, Dr. Camacho immediately redirected my focus to the fact that there is now a comprehensive plan in place that will make me want to smile in public again. At the conclusion of my visit, I met with Rachel, who was incredible with coordinating appointments for the several procedures, and with my payment schedule, which is extremely reasonable. Since before that first visit until the present, Rachel has communicated with me to keep me abreast of updates and helpful adjustments to the initial plan. I have already been back for my first visit to enact the very involved dental restoration process, and I have 3 more visits already scheduled. Again, Yesenia, Barbara, and Dr. Camacho made me feel cared for by sprinkling gentleness and humor in with the detailed and complicated work that they are doing for me. I recommend that if you are interested in improving your dental health, Aspen Dental in Peabody is the place to go.

I went in for an exam a plan and a price. Dr. Thompson was the one who did the exam and formed a plan. Answered my questions completely. Rachel Colombia the office manager explained in detail what was to take place and the cost. I had priced the procedure thru different companies and had a ballpark beforehand. Aspen was not the least expensive however the difference was minimal. And they were able to do all of the procedure in house. The procedure was performed by Dr. Bateman flawlessly with minimal pain. The technicians working with the Doctors are brilliant kind and caring. If you have put off Dental work due to the pandemic now is the time and Aspen is the place. Give yourselves a 👏 Bravo Aspen.
