I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone, be it schedulers, nurses, physicians, specialists or otherwise, with PHCA. We have experience going as far back as Dr Perg decades ago, Dr Chan out of the Lynn office and from 2017 in, Dr McKeen in Peabody. Pleasant, efficient, caring and current, every interaction leaves me feeling serene. I called just now to request my two sons medical records, and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and patient with me. My children range in age from 27-6, and I cannot say enough about PHCA

While I absolutely love doctor Joseph Scaramozza, he is been amazing for the pass 7 years we had him. His schedulers are a disgrace, they never return calls at an appropriate time matter, they are rude and they never make any effort to accommodate your child needs for an appointment. Hell I was even told my daughter was not a priority because she was not sick enough and that I can try to find a urgent care. What’s the point of having a pediatrician if my child is not a priority to them. Absolutely disgraceful. I would not recommend this office because it’s absolutely impossible to schedule an appointment with them, and they just brush you off by saying you can always take your child to the ER. Horrible office!

We travel 20+ miles for this practice! I love their online accessibility, 365-day triage and care, and their skilled staff and clinicians. We have had exclusivity positive experiences and really appreciate that they can handle lab and X-Ray capabilities internally - no need to commute and worry your physician won’t receive the results. Additionally, the affiliation with Children’s Hospital helped us get in quickly with a specialist for consults and procedures we needed - and our pediatrician knew about the results immediately. I can’t speak highly enough about the services and expertise of this practice.
