Excellent service offering service back and forth to Logan Airport over a conveniently broad span of hours. Well-lit at night. Transient pick-up or drop-off within the lot carries no cost. The trailer containing the ticketing includes a restroom.

Great location at Peabody Simon mall, easy location, very friendly staff here, safe place, whit plenty light, fantastic costumer service, tickets very easy to buy online, the price is unbelievable, only 9 dollars. Bus left exactly on time. Bus is not full, it’s very clean, good ventilation inside, bathroom available. Great service, excellent costumer service. Very comfortable bus. Driver was very nice. The buss has enough space for luggage. Highly recommended a++++++++++.

Yes. Near baggage claim. You want to be waiting early though, because if they are loaded up and don't see you... thier gone. I've had to run down a couple in the past (not fun when you're carrying luggage 😅)

It picks up at signs that say logan express on the arrival level. Each terminal will have a logan express time sign as well showing how far out each bus is, the bus will pick up there.

As far as I know, holidays don't affect bus schedules which run starting at 3:15a, going every hour at a quarter past.
