I ordered a replacement bin for my days on from them on Oct 2. Through Amazon. I was to get it between th7th and 12th. They kept backing up the delivery date. Amazon informed me they think it is lost. I contacted UPS and the only record they have is of a label being created. I contacted this business on the 17th asking for a refund. They told me I had to wait until the 19th. Well it’s the 19th and UPS still had no record of it being shipped. I contacted this company again and they said it hasn’t been 48 hours. Amazon gave me the run around too. I’ve been without a vacuum since the second of this month. Poorly run online business. Wish I could’ve given them a minus rating.

These people are completely rude. I ordered from here on Amazon for a replacement vacuum head...I received one head that did not work....then sent a replacement which also didn't work....the brush didn't spin, and was not self driving like the original unit. The unit they sent was extremely light and felt like it had no motor in it. I sent it back and asked for a refund....they messaged me telling me that I needed to do more to verify their product worked (I guess buy a new vacuum to try It on) and they had more customers happy to pay $180 for a shell of a vacuum head. I replied "that is fine, I would just like my money back" to which I get "never purchase from us again...if you would look you have been refunded" To which I am still waiting for that refund. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM, RUDE COMPANY.
