If the brush roll is stuck, it can cause the belt to break. Check and see if there is too much lint, string, or hair stuck in the brush roll. Cleaning the brush roll can solve the issue. If that doesn't help, you can visit our vacuum cleaner repair shop to get your vacuum cleaner fixed.
Have it tuned up by oaklawn, remember not to vacuum/grab long fibers that sometimes come off of area rugs. They will knot and the roller can't turn
