Not a fan of the check-in process but the doctors get back to you quickly when it comes to blood test results. They ask you to call in for a "place in line" and then will call you back when they're about ready to see you. When you get there to check in you still have to wait so I'm not too sure how that process works well. I think it's due to C-19 that they still use that procedure. I showed up on a Saturday to have blood drawn from my cat since she was losing weight. They did not try to sell me into massive testing which was great. Simple cbc and urine draw. Didn't expect the results until Monday or Tuesday but got a call the next day with the Dx. Picked up her meds, and was happy with the total cost. The doctor and some of the intake staff were great. Very friendly and nice to chat with. I felt my girl received excellent care. Never had really a bad experience at this clinic. 4 stars because the check in process is a bit odd, but do-able. I called on a Friday at 4pm to come in that day but they weren't talking anymore appointments?! Just make sure if you go, call early.
