I hate using pickup at this location but this store offer times that work with my schedule. Most times you have to wait for an extended period of time or go inside the store to get your groceries because they have the ONLY pickup person doing multiple things. Since you have to indicate your pickup time, he should be available during those times. People who aren't using pickup are always parking in the pickup spots, I wish something could be done about that. Lastly, the meat and produce isn't always fresh.

I have been going to this location for years and decided to leave a review. I enjoy going to this store and find that the food items are always fresh. I haven't had a poor experience. The customer service is very good as well and they do a great job keeping the place in clean. I would recommend!

The Lady Mgmt over Deli and cakes was a life saver. I was looking for a certain item and upon seeing my confusion she offer her help. Which lead to her checking two freezers for this one item. I was so happy to encounter her cause I don't like to ask for stuff NO ANXIETY WITH HER ON SHIFT THANKS FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND SIGN EASTSIDE

YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS! My husband went early this morning to buy a few items. The store was open, and other customers were shopping too. He got to the check out and no cashiers were there. NONE! So he asked about self-check out. NOPE. One of the 5 employees said, "I'm sorry y'all, the cashier's haven't showed up and I don't have the key to do that." By the time this happened there were several more customers. All of them left without their purchase. So sad. My question is, Where is the manager? They should always be the back up.After my husband left, they locked the doors.
