This was our first time at the admirals club for the two of us. We entered with a $60 one day pass. We had a 9 hour layover. It was worth it as it had a diy taco bar, soup, snack options and all you can drink unlimited drinks(soda, tea, coffee). You could get a meal and alcohol if you paid for them. My only issue was that it got full so quick. We moved around trying to avoid the sun through the windows and trying to get two seats together with chargers.

Spacious and comfortable seating, quick food and 2 bars with complimentary drinks. Thank you for supporting our Active duty military by allowing them in for free! I loved the hospitality and friendly staff. Did not wait more than a couple minutes for anything. Rushed through, but came back when flight was delayed. Blessings to you.

The worst VIP room I have ever visited. We paid for access since we had a lot of time, used to other rooms that we access for free with Amex, we thought it would be worth it (Amex does not have access to any room in ORD, which is also sad). 59$ per person, they only allow you access to Admirals and not to Flagship and everything is paid, four things that are free (cheap wine, cheap beer and little else). The food is besides super limited disgusting and monotonous. Do not spend money in this lounge, nor in American.
Keri and Brian Leachman
The worst lounge with the rudest employees in the country. Will be contacting American directly.

$59 per person.. No guest.
No, I dont think so.
Just show up with your membership card.if you don't have it they can look you up when you present your boarding pass.
American Express no longer gives you access to Admiral Clubs
None at ORD.
The club has placards on chairs indicating they are clean. The distance from seat to seat provides a good social distance. I think the key for me is that I feel much safer here waiting on my flight than I do out in the main concourse with all the crowd.
Yes I think so.
No MC seat is only good to travel on the plane. Upgrade to preferred seating for free drinks. I use Citi Aadvantage card or aa platinum to get into Admirals club. Often I take a guest, ask your seat mate if they have acess. The Chicago club's are nice
If you have a business class international ticket, you are given access to their Flagship lounge on the second floor. https://www.google.com/amp/s/thepointsguy.com/2017/09/aa-chicago-ord-flagship-lounge/amp/
Snack food is free. Most alcohol drinks and meals sandwiches etc are for purchase. All other drinks and snack foods are free. breakfast is the most value since they have bagels, fruits, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs for free.
If it is an approved service animal, yes. https://www.aa.com/i18n/travel-info/special-assistance/service-animals.jsp Quiet pets in their kennels are also allowed https://www.aa.com/i18n/travel-info/clubs/admirals-club-terms-and-conditions.jsp
It used to allow access for Business Class but I believe that has changed. Best advice was to check at the club. Also some clubs provide access for a day as well for a fee.
I believe, they open the bar about 10am until about 9-10pm. Thank you. Enjoy your visit to Admirals Club at O'Hare airport.
Citi world elite includes membership. The card fee is $450/yr. Or you can pay for a membership outright with cash or,miles. Price varies based on elite status level. But the card is best route in my opinion.
No
Yes" i would consider them as family or business associates come to front desk between h/k concourse terminal 3.
Come to front desk admiral club H/k terminal 3 american club & i would suggest call or look online for rates because they also offer one day passes also ask about the new flagship lounge.
