Citi world elite includes membership. The card fee is $450/yr. Or you can pay for a membership outright with cash or,miles. Price varies based on elite status level. But the card is best route in my opinion.
Fly and collect miles or pay for the credit card which offers entry to the club... I believe it is from citi.
You can either purchase a membership, or get a credit card that gives you access. If you have Elite Status, you also get access on certain itineraries.
