That place is great you are taking care of as soon as you step in their premises. Whether you have an appointment or not you can be a walk in they will take care of you give you a price call your insurance company get everything ready so that you don't have to do really anything and after they're done with that don't forget to ask for a free t-shirt.
They open at 7 AM, and they are the best body shop in Chicago, got my car back to me before I could break in the rental!
