I would give 0 stars if i could. They kept my car for 2 weeks to fix a body paint job after a hit and run accident when my car was parked. After i received my car the first time, the steering suspension was way off and a wheel kept making a humming sound. Not to mention a musty smell coming from the A/C that wasn’t there prior to taking the car into their shop. I also found food sitting in the Engine Bay as they opened my engine for what reason ? They were working on the paint why open the engine ? Took the car back about 4 times, they kept the car for about one week each time i took it. They told me they couldn’t find an issue each time but i still kept experiencing issues with my vehicle. The owner, Juan, told me he will call me to fix the issue but its been nearly a 1.5 months and still no call. I decided to take my car to Kelly Nissan and surely enough there was something wrong with the wheel bearings. Avoid this place as they are really slow and not professional enough to do their part of the job. Also to add, there are a few scratches in the paint job that they did but i can’t be bothered to take it back again to wait a whole week and they can do something else to my vehicle. Find another place, it’ not worth it here.
