I've used their services multiple times and every time I've had a great experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and go the extra mile to be accommodating and always find the best option. Plus they're very friendly.

Been here a handful of times and this is some of the best service I received for my shipping needs. The staff is very friendly to all customers and working with them is easy I'm in and out in no time.

Hi! If you have the actual UPS label, you can drop that off here. If it's a QR code, you have to take those to the stores that only do UPS (The UPS Store). -Bob

Hello. I was supposed to receive a small package from you but it hasn't arrived yet. How can I get in touch with you?

Hi Isadora- We're a shipping store in Chicago called Global Postal & Shipping - our store name is similar to the method (global postal or global post via USPS) that some online companies use for international shipping. These packages don't go through our store though. You'd have to contact the seller or USPS for any information. Thanks, Bob
