I had a bad experience with a sales rep at this location back in 2021 but one bad Apple does not mess up the rest… This year my husband was looking into buying his first new car ever and after lots of consideration and research we decided to give it another try to this place. This time around our sales rep was Dan Wallow, he was amazing at showing us the vehicles, explaining to him how financing works, helping us to have the car we wanted with our budget, to make the situation a bit difficult we showed up late and with a 5yr old that can seat still, he was so patient with her also relating that he also has the same situation… And the finance guy Erik (I believe is his name) same situation, sipper attentive and patient. All I can say is that I would definitely go back to Dan when we are ready to buy another car.

I dropped my car for a new motor, after holding it forever, I went to retrieve it and it was gone along with the keys ? Wow, zero accountability, and no common sense solutions like email and or text to alert the owner before it’s dumped on western avenue!! I will never buy from Kia on western again.

This place is the worst for their service department. My car has been sitting there for a week and I prepaid for the diagnostic test and have not gotten a call back. I keep calling to check on my car and I can never get through. Call forwards to operator and they just roll the call over. No luck finding out about my car. Mind you I prepaid already and said I will get a call back the next day. Thee worst. Should have gone to Berwyn Kia instead. FYI no loaner vehicle because they lost their insurance for that.

I had a problem with my transmission after the first year of purchase. It was still on warranty and I took it back to them. I was giving a hard time when trying to get a loaner car it took a couple of threads and I was able to then get a loaner car. The person who denied me was immediately terminated. Now getting to my repairs of the transmission it was never actually repaired periodically it goes into second gear on its own and sticks there. I feel that Evergreen Kia has the worst mechanics ever. If you want repair done efficiently and effectively you have to go to the Kia dealership located on 159th Street for the record my name is Ronald Levystein.

I'd look up Craig's list, Autotrader, Cars.com, than get an idea about what others are asking for it. Than think if you were to buy any of those your looking for how much would you pay? That's your price on the street, however dealers now are looking at the auction house prices, not Kelly's Blue Book... if they can't sell it, they'll wholesale or put on the auction...
