The lady who sits at shipping and receiving is one of the rudest person i've encountered...the drivers have to sit in a cage till she opens the door and once in front of her after she calls u in , its a waiting game..she will take her own sweet time to even look at u..after calling me in , i was asked to go back and again sit in the cage without any explanation..when i asked her that didnt she call me , she starts yelling and says " i don't have to explain to u anything and I dont have the time to explain to u." quite curtly...i wish someone in the company teaches her basic customer service...its sad that Hellman Logistics will get a bad rap due to her.. Not a good place for deliveries..

Came here 7:50 am as warehouse opens at 8..employees showing at 8:30 am and only 2 forklift for such a big warehouse
