HIDDEN FEES/ RATES. DO NOT PARK HERE. We didn't have a reservation and I asked if that was ok upon arrival. They said no problem at all. The driver was kinda rude. We had to change our flat tire and he kept asking us if we were getting on the bus. Website says as low as $17 a night for indoor parking. We were gone Tuesday- Sunday. My husband paid and said it was $150 even for the 5 days we parked there. WHAT? Asked for an itemized receipt like everyone else in the office and they couldn't produce one because "we didn't make a reservation". So because we walked in.. we don't get a receipt. He then proceeded to tell me that it was $25 a day for indoor parking plus taxes and because we didn't have a reservation it was also more money. These guys, like all other 1 star reviews state.. just seem to do whatever they please?

Very impatient… Even guilt tripped for a tip. On top of leaving us at the airport, which maybe you need to have the driver have communication with the customer instead of having to call one number! On top of the reckless driving without a seat belt on with multiple signs that say to have your seat belt on “it's the law”. Just know I’m never going through them again!

Excellent customer service! Easy on-off from interstate and a pretty quick shuttle to o' hare. The staff is hard working and always friendly. Highly recommend, I'll be back

Don't park there. They hit my car and wouldn't pay to fix it. Park across the street at preflight.
It depends on when exactly you get to the shuttle place. They leave something like every 5-7 minutes, but they could wait an extra minute if there's someone getting their stuff out of their car. Once the shuttle hits the road, you're in it for, I think, less than ten minutes. You could Google map it, from the parking garage to the terminal you need and see exactly how long- I think it's less than 2 miles.
Assuming they actually pick you up and don't run you over in the parking lot. $10 per day.... go elsewhere, you will be glad you did
