This is supposed to be an upscale neighborhood. But they failed. There are few narrow sidewalks, poorly lit streets, and very hilly trails that are unsafe for many elderly residents of this retirement community. They built a tree house on the trails and now it is condemned. The roads to this neighborhood are crowded and reflect poor design. I cannot recommend this neighborhood although the clubhouse is nice.

are you referring to the monthly c/a/fees? that covers all the maintenance of the front and sides of you property and common grounds and in the rare occasion that we get snow and they clear the roads and parking lot at the clubhouse we are probably 5 miles from the lake we do have lots of trails within community we have been living the good life at trilogy lake Norman for almost 5 1/2 years my wife and I love it here I hope that answers your questions

Bruce Becker above is correct. However, according to my parents whom live there, more activities will be opening to the public but may not be free. For example, there was a concert this weekend with food vendors and it was open to the public for an entrance fee. It was fun and we had a blast.
