Walked in to drop off a bunch of documents to be shredded. There is a minimum amount so not great unless you have a lot of stuff to shed. Quick and easy

Upon signing a contract for request for service 7 business days later, I did not receive any response for missed appointment. When I contacted them they said it was never scheduled and that they would need to get me on the schedule. I requested pick up for five business day later to which it also was never scheduled. The response to customers is horrific. Being in a customer service drive business myself, I also should have read reviews better as the 'owner' only responds to the positive posts. This is unfortunate as I had been a loyal customer for 4 of my last shredding service needs. Never again.

Do not use this company. For God's sake don't use them. Some of the worst service I ever have recieved. I used them for two months and I canceled because there service was so frustrating.
