I have used PreFlight at this locations several times and have never been disappointed. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful and the drivers’ are great. The app is easy to use as well and the place is well lit and very secure.

We use PreFlight parking all the time. The staff is always helpful and friendly and if you book ahead the prices are very reasonable. The lot is secure and the shuttles are quick and convenient.

Pretty affordable if riding with 2 or more to split the bill. Download the app and follow the instructions provided. Barcode will be emailed to you. Save the email with that barcode. This is how you enter the lot. Paid 78 bucks to park offsite which is way cheaper than car service. Allow enough time to search for parking and getting to the first floor shuttle area. It might be packed with other people. Even if the first shuttle fills up fast, one is right behind it.

Premium is their 1st floor and the spaces are a bit bigger. 2nd and 3rd floors are still covered but standard parking sizes. If you have an electric vehicle you want to charge you have to park in the 1st floor
I have no clue call and ask.
Yes. They will need your ticket or pic of your barcode to scan on the way out. They also need your keys because preflight doesn't keep keys
It is best if you go online and pre-purchase parking. Underestimate how long you were going to be there because they do not give refunds. However, if you stay longer than you pay for, they still give you the discounted rate. Rates vary depending on where you parked, the rooftop is the least expensive because it is not covered, the second and third floors are moderately priced. After taxes they run about $15 per day if you pre purchase. The bottom floor is the premium parking, and it is of course most expensive.
I do not believe that is an option. I am sure it is some sort of liability thing... but it would be nice for people like me that get to my car and stand there for 10 minutes looking for my keys.
11:30 . Through gate to parking , shuttle to terminal total time 30 mins
I think it is a daily 24 hour rate regardless of how you set it up. If you go over 24 hrs, it is a two day charge.
Please call the location at 847.678.9234.
We have a 1 hour grace period on reservation transactions but you get a full 24 hours (starting when you enter the garage) times the number of days that you paid for. Meaning, if you enter the garage at noon for a three day stay you get until noon (72 hours later) on the third day even if you put 10:00 AM as your return time. The 1 hour grace period would be from noon to 1PM for that example.
Go into the app it will let u cancel. Selectbyour reservation top left and then cancel
You will get the best answers to that question from their site since rates vary depending on if you want to park on the first second third or fourth level
Depends on which level you select for parking. Outdoor is the least expensive. I STRONGLY suggest purchasing your space in advance. The online rates are MUCH cheaper compared to the drive-up rates. The range can be $10-20 per 24 hours.
Sorry, we do not.
Right now there is no cancellation fee. We cancelled the cancellation fee through April! Normally it's $1.99. There never is/was a change fee.
Yes you can but you won’t get our best rate or be guaranteed a parking spot.
As long as you follow the proper airline protocol and crate
Parking is by the day. I don't believe there are any deals for long-term parking. I find this more convenient than airport parking.
If you have an android, go to the play store and type in "preflight parking" that should get you to the app for download.
Go to their website and prepay using a credit or debit card. You get a discount for prepaying for your parking.
There's signs to the public/ground transportation. All the shuttles pretty much pick up there
Take them with you!
I would park farther for lower prices. A month would be pricey. Very secure though. Very
