Yes. They will need your ticket or pic of your barcode to scan on the way out. They also need your keys because preflight doesn't keep keys

Also give the person picking up your vehicle an estimate of the parking fee so they can dispute it at that time if necessary.

As long as the person has the ticket with the barcode to exit the garage, yes.
