If I could put zero stars I would First of all the drive through was over 30 minutes long. When we arrived to the window witch was filthy and dirty the lady didn't apologize for the wait and asked right away for 12.50 witch my order was 16 something so I then waited another 5 minutes just so I can tell them what was charged and it was 2 blizzards I told her it was wrong and they took 2 minutes debating when finally one girl decided she will refund me my money and charge me at this point I'm very upset and irritated the girls seem to be talking amongst each other not working at all just talking and laughing meanwhile the car line was backed up all the way towards the smoking shop next to it anyways we then get told after the refund we'll be paying 35 and again they told us our total of 16 so I just end up leaving I had my two babies in the back super upset they already wanted to leave we received no apologize no explanation just bad customer service really freaking sad

Was there two weeks ago, I ordered the Triple A-1 burger, and it was by far the best burger I have had in Wenatchee, and I have tried all the spots. The bacon was thick and crispy, and there was the perfect amount of A-1. I have ordered just regular cheeseburgers a few times since then, and their excellent quality was consistent:-)

I had cheesecake blizzard and chicken box? It was the second most nasty food to enter my nasty mouth. Only worse fast food is Arbys. Arbys should be used on fear factor.

Waited for over 10 mins. And didn't get to order anything. The lady just keep saying" just a minute" multiple times. She just seem over all rude. So we just left. This dairy queen location needs to train their employees better on customer service.
