They were low on staff so they had the front door closed we had to use the drive-thru. The pizza was somewhat warm when we got it not very good when we got home. Most of the time their Pizza is hot even when we get home. This night was not a good night for pizza.

I ordered and paid via the app and when I didn't show up exactly when it was done they sold my pizza and I have to. Wait an hr at the restaurant for my order to be done! I was feeding 7 people! Then the pizza was not good like it usually is.

Poor business model when they allow you to order through the app (portal), send you the message your order is ready, only to have you for show up and the lobby is closed. Currently sitting in the drive thru line behind 7 other cars which haven't moved in the last 9 minutes.13 minutes since my order was ready for pickup.

I would do no stars if I could. I was trying to go pick up an order and we saw a sign that there ovens were under maintenance but we didn’t know for sure because some people forget to take down the signs. So we were gonna ask but as soon as we pull around and see all the workers being lazy on there phones, they flip us off for parking in front of subway so not even there own store and they keep doing it to every car that goes through. And as you can see below no one is doing anything and it’s sad to see the manager condoning this.
