Tony the manager was absolutely amazing!!! If I owned a business I’d steal him from hungry Howies in a minute! He was short staffed but he wasn’t letting it show one bit, he was very kind and upgraded us for the wait. We need more people like tony running businesses these days! Give this man a raise!!!

I have to give these guys a low rating, because despite the fact that their Ultimate Pizza is phenomenal, their service tonight was so off the mark, we didn’t even get to order at all! First it was a credit card issue on our account, that required several call backs, and flustered our guests… all because apparently we’ve used a few different cards with them…(which I feel like is a compliment if anything and should reflect that we are always sharing their business with hungry friends)…. Then they put us on hold for 22 minutes and we gave up. I will say that depending on how much you like pizza, it might be worth the wait.

Second time ordering from this location. The first time, they sent burnt Howie bread, and forgot the marinara sauce. They replaced the bread, and sent over additional marinara sauce. So, we decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, they sent another order of inedible, burned Howie bread. The pizza was also overdone, but was tolerable. Will be following up with the location, but am hesitant to order from them, again. Which is disappointing, because we love Hungry Howies, and have never had issues at other locations.
