I've had many issues previously with this location and the staff. Now, they're shutting the metal door in front of the registers early and it's sealed the deal for me. Highly unprofessional especially since this is a federal service. I should still have been able to walk in 5 minutes before close to put my prepaid packages on the counter.

I am shocked at how this property is maintained. They rarely mow and seem to trim or clean up the beds. What a shame that the United States post office can’t look better than this.

Never had any issues here - the line is not super long whenever I go and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The employee who helped me saw that I was shipping my passport and she immediately recommended what service I should use and the least expensive way to do it. She was very pleasant and efficient.

If you haven't received mail, it's because no one has sent it. Not being funny but quite frankly being this ignorant should be illegal. You've chosen to be this way.
No
The mailman packs his own bag.
Gwen, it is my understanding our local branch (Dabel on Forrer) is understaffed and carriers are having to double up on routes. Most likely you will need to call and speak with a supervisor.
Oh ok, I work 16hr days to guess that means I can slack and not do my job. 👍🏻
have not had mail since sat, this is thur, in the belmont area dayton ohio
Not knowing where you sent them can be a factor. Chances of the mailbox being tampered with is low considering they are built to secure the mail.
There's never just one cashier when I go in. Not once. Never.
