Don't like the automatic order computer. The order of 2 sausage biscuits and a small coffee took too long.

I had to go in on behalf of my family member who needed a replacement phone. Despite the store being busy, they made a conscious effort to make me feel taken care of. The process took about an hour but Nick H. was working diligently the entire time being sure to go over the details and important stuff. I didn't mind the wait with such good customer service. This will be my go-to location from here on out!

It would depend if you have the apple care insurance. This location doesn't fix them. Best Buy st joseph now has an apple technician on staff so you don't have to go to KC. interstate battery can do screens, but I'm not sure about backs.
They don't do repairs at this location. The repair cost would depend on the type of phone.
