I have never had to wait in line very long to send something, they're always quick and courteous, and the place is clean. I actively try to avoid peak times, though, so you may have a bit of a wait if you go in the evening or Saturday. I also got my initial passport application done here. They were quick and helpful!

Supposed to be open at 9 on Saturday. It’s 9:17 and doors aren’t open. Employees just standing around and talking. Worst Post Office in the area.

Mail that routes through this post office doesn't get delivered in a timely manner nor does mail forwarded make it to it's proper destination on a consistent basis. I went to this branch to discuss a mail issue and was treated rudely by an employee behind the counter.

No. I know there was a UPS drop box near the ACE and Elsas down Wilmington across from Save A Lot
Yes, tape and boxes are available. Priority boxes and tape are free with postage paid, or bigger brown boxes available for sale.
