I been trying to make another complaint all day and when I finally get someone to call back she hangs up on me I been having problems with this mail carrier all summer now he’s writing on my mail look like he plays the numbers and today 10/5/22 he looked right at my mail that needs to be picked up and put my mail right over it and walked off I have a camera on my door and this’s so sad this’s the worst post office that I have ever dealt with so sad if I could give a zero I would 🤦🏽♀️

I arrived at this branch on a week day at 5:45 pm and they were closed dispite the posted closing time of 6:00 pm. I have mobility problems and it is very inconvenient (and painful) to travel only to find it to be a wasted trip.

They couldn’t let me in because I was there 5 minutes before closing time.Staff claimed that my watch was 5 mins behind but I went back and checked to find out that I was on time.The staff care less about their customers

Same here, smh. It's ridiculous to have to wait til those hours. No pride in the service these days and calling in is a huge frustration either automated runaround or no answer. Ive had to physically go get my mail many times.
I bet that is the same one i had. It frustrating! They moved him so he is will frustrate another group of neighbor's!
any time you call it is either busy or placed on hold for over an hour, it is sometimes better to call the the USPS directly.
