Dr. Jennifer Pollard is hands the best OBGYN I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough positive words about my experience with her (from the beginning of my pregnancy to now). All of my visits were thorough. She listened to my concerns and made the best decision based on my wishes along with consideration of medicine. She always answered my questions within 24 hours on the portal & just overall a friendly, professional, and thorough MD. I’m so thankful I found her!

I am not sure why there are so many 1 stars. I actually received great service at the front desk, the wait was short and lady at check out was super friendly as well. Doctor was knowledgeable, nice and funny, made our visit a lot more relaxed. The only issue I had was it is hard to try to get someone on the phone when calling but I know they are busy. So I suggest call as soon as they open if you need to reschedule or have questions.

I’m an AMC employee and if it weren’t for my insurance limiting where the better benefits are for me monetarily, I would never try to contact this office again. I’ve had issues with medication refills taking longer than the 2-3 days they advise on their phone line, so I called the pharmacy (also Albany Medical Center) to have the request for a new prescription with refills sent over, a few weeks ahead of time. Fast forward to today, and despite the efforts of the pharmacy (no complaints for them) sending multiple requests, no one from the office ever responded to the requests. Now I’m once again, fully out of medication and waiting on extremely long holds to get help. For those wondering, I’m also on the portal and this is my only doctor/office that doesn’t utilize the messaging feature where I could request medications.

Most unprofessional front decks people out there. They change appointments without telling you or just schedule wrong to what you agreed to. Don't go here, it's a waste of time and energy and if you're pregnant you will not get the proper care you need. Can't wait to be done with this god awful place. They need to get their stuff together. I would give it a zero if possible.
