Sarasota Carpet & Flooring just replaced the carpet in our entire condominium. The entire process from picking carpet out to the final installation was effortless. This project is a rental property for us and they managed the install for us while we were out of state. Photographs of each completed room was sent after the install. I highly recommend them.

We live in Bradenton, FL in a gated condo community on the second floor. We visited 6 carpet stores and came back to Steve, who was wonderful to work with. He was patient, a good listener, understood our needs and worked within our budget (which was critical) due to increasing costs to install new carpet for ~1,500 sq feet. The men installing our carpet did a spectacular job! They were friendly, professional and helpful. We did a final walk through, adjusted a few items to ensure we were happy with the result before completing the job. My experience with Sarasota Carpet & Flooring was Exceptional from my first call to waving goodbye to Chad. I called the company on a Saturday and was surprised to get a call back within 20 minutes. Steve came out to check things out the following week and today, less than 3 weeks later, I am loving my new floors! Also, the cost for my floor was considerably less than I had imagined!
