I purchased 2 units from them 2 yrs ago. The Contract they gave me vs what they have on file were completely different. Their Copy did not show the Warranties mine had. However, Melissa at the Office was awesome to work with. I sent her a copy of the Contract I was given with all the warranties included. She took care of the matter not charging us for a part under warranty. Moral of the story... be sure to keep a copy of the Contract given to you as it may not be the same as the one they have on file. Again, Melissa took care of it for us. Excellent Service from her. No complaints.

Service Technician Quinton Ward serviced our air conditioner unit and our in-law's unit next door. Mr. Ward was top notch! A complete professional and very helpful in explaining each step. The office was fantastic with communication via text and phone calls. We were originally scheduled for both houses for next week, when there was a cancellation, the office called to see if we would like to be scheduled earlier. We could not be any happier. We highly recommend AC Today!

Outstanding service and excellent installation process! Chris, the representative, is very easy to work with and is hands on in his approach. He actually was onsite at the start of the project to ensure the workers had what they needed and introduced them to us. The installers were very detailed and stayed on task the entire day of the install. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful in explaining the system and how it works. I highly recommend this company and after getting several quotes, they also came in well under all other estimates. Great service and great value! Hard to beat! Well done!

Our AC compressor had been making noise for almost a year and so when it finally died we decided to go with a new unit. Chris in sales met with me Monday morning and explained all my options including ways to keep the cost down. I never felt like he was trying to up sell me. I went with his recommendation and so far am very happy with it. The install team arrived at 2pm and we had cold air by 8pm. Ramiro and Alex were polite, professional and very good at what they do! Thanks to them working into the night the job was completed the same day living up to the company name. I would highly recommend AC Today for service or a new system install.
