Horrible clinic! The Staff/Doctors/NP's do not listen to your issues/symptoms and patients are rushed through appointments. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

I've been with the practice for 15 years and cannot believe some of the reviews! Altho I was sad when my NP (Jan) retired, I'm pleased with NP Robin. She's reasonably friendly, brisk, efficient and (most importantly) gentle. Also, staff has been accommodating from initial phone call on.

I've had a great experience with this office. I wanted to leave my old obgyn practice for several reasons and I explained this to my oncologist one day. When I asked him for suggestions, Dr Goyer was highly recommended. He is professional, easy to talk to, and never makes me feel rushed. I haven't seen all the providers in this office, but all the staff I have interacted with have been professional and courteous and Dr Goyer is the best.

I called this morning to try to make a reschedule an appointment that was canceled due to Covid and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude to me. A little background: I used this office for both of my children and had absolutely no complaints in the past. One of my children even had a complication that required bi weekly non stress tests and each time the staff was wonderful. My last visit to this office was in late 2015, and earlier this year I called to make an annual appointment. They let me know I would be a new patient since it had been so long, which is completely understandable. As I said, this appointment was canceled by Covid, which is again very understandable. I called this morning to try to reschedule the appointment and the woman on the phone told me they were not accepting new patients until January due to the backup of appointments. This is completely fine with me and I would’ve been happy to wait that long if needed. When she informed me of the January info, I replied “okay” because I was trying to think of what to ask/say next with the unexpected information. The woman on the phone completely changes her tone and asks in a very snarky manner “Is that an okay like you are going to go somewhere else or you’re going to wait?”. Now, I would again have been fine to wait and I completely understand the backlog of patients, but I don’t understand why someone that represents the office needed to speak to me the way that they did. Furthermore, she didn’t even need to know if I was going to wait because they aren’t scheduling appointments that far out. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere.

That line is still busy 2 years later. I don’t know what is going on over there.
