My parents got their car fixed after a bad accident back in 2000 and had an amazing experience with Rich's Auto Body. Now that I was in my very first car accident this year 2022 I went to them and had the same wonderful experience. Overall great team but have to hand it to Danielle in the front office because she took care of us throughout the whole process. We were having such a hard time with Progressive but Danielle stepped up to the plate and made sure everything went smoothly on their end. They were super communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond to deal with our insurance for us. Just got our vehicle back and it looks brand new. Definitely recommend Rich's Auto Body.
