The front desk lady is very rude & prejudice. Me and a friend rented a room and was inside for 2 hours but we didn’t like the area or her service so we decided to check out. She told us we smoked in the room and we did not smoke anything. So she was keeping our deposit. Local authorities were called and they made her give us the refund. Because they checked the room and it was no smoke debris or anything. Whoever that lady is needs better respect and she need to realize people of different race from all over comes there. And stop trying to take peoples money

One of the guy's I work with found bed bugs in his room,the front desk clerk is a very unpleasant women. The last night we stayed there there was no cleck to check you out because they quit in the middle of the night.
