I’ve gotten engine work done here to get my check engine light off on my Chevy Silverado just to have them charge me $400 to then say sorry can’t turn the light off. Not to mention them having possibly the worst car wash in existence. Literally none of the vacuums work and half of them are unplugged and just laying on the ground. Not even worth it

ZERO stars if able! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I never write reviews but the manager would not get me the contact info of the owner after being treated with such disrespect and lying to my face. UNETHICAL! I am one to never write a review anywhere, however after this experience here I am. We took my sons car in for his first oil change. A 2011 Nissan Rogue. I primarily came to get the differential fluid checked as it appeared the front one had a small leak. The service advisor first tried to sell us a new air filter that was perfectly fine, the usual expected upsell. Not a biggie, I politely declined. It Looked nearly brand new. I am mechanically inclined myself nor ignorant to vehicle maintenance and mechanics. I asked about the gear differential fluid checks and they stated both were checked and full. I asked how did they know it was full, he claimed because there were no leaks! REALLY? You must pull a plug to inspect the gear oil and level check in all differentials. One on the top checks and fills it, one on the bottom drains it. They said they wouldn’t check the fluid unless we would pay to change it, yet I asked PRIOR to doing the oil change and if that was included IN THE SERVICE. They stated yes, but meant NO. It clearly stated on my invoice the levels were checked, and they would not, nor did check the levels. I am fueled over this because I have had leaking differentials causing $5,000 upwards damage and the entire reason to go was to check those. I was very upset with the store manager and crew that was there how it was handled, acted like lying to my face over 4 times in a row was ok. The ethics of this is so far beyond wrong here. The team working there is so far beyond unprofessional, let alone appears to not carry any proper service credentials. I politely asked for the store managers name and number and he stated he would not give that to me. He would not even give me his name. Really? Who is the owner anyway? I am trying to save someone some serious headaches for their vehicle work here. They do not use the check list stated on the invoice. The employees are a bunch of arrogant so called techs that do not have any experience in customer service. In a nutshell, the manager told me to get out of “his”store as he was the owner. A 20 year old hot shot. He acted like I was the bad guy for calling them out on their lies. I advise anyone thinking about going here to avoid them, this is yorkville, shady business practice and ungrateful businesses should be closed. I was NEVER SO INSULTED TO MY FACE, nor was apologized to for being lied to. Unsure how they can keep customers going forward. It was basically pay up, no you can not talk to the owner, and don’t come back. I sincerely hope this prevents future and previous customers going here, when someone seats they did something, they need to do it. Assumption of differential fluids can cause someone serious financial crisis should it fails if it left a shop that said it was checked and full and never even was!!!

My son stopped in for a standard oil change for a high mileage vehicle and was charged $79.99. After telling me what he was charged, I contacted other Jiffy Lubes in the area and they quoted me prices starting around $42.99. When I called this shop to confirm their basic starting price they told me it was indeed nearly double the price of other franchise locations and that their owner had set the price that high. Call around and check prices before coming here. Don’t let the owners rip you off like they did us.

I brought my truck in for an oil change. They were very professional and fast. First time using Jiffy Lube and will be bringing all of our automobiles there moving forward. The free car wash after the service does not hurt either!
