Rear parking lot a bit shabby. Hall and elevator floors a bit dirty due to outdoor-workmen staying at the hotel and tracking dirt in on their boots. All else was good. Good breakfast.

Needs to train employees and mgr was told I could cancel. But still charged my acct. mgr never called back. Had to call everyday until I was told I should not have been able to cancel. Well if I was told at the time I would have just stayed

Best hotel staff of anywhere I have EVER stayed. The managers, Maria, Kelli, and Kim, are always helpful and go above and beyond for their guests. Candy is a great front desk agent and always greets us with a smile. Jenefer has the hotel extremely clean and does a wonderful job.

From beginning at the lobby, I was very pleased with this hotel. The lobby was immaculate, the elevator was spacious and the hallway floors were very clean! The room was very, very spacious, and I was in a standard king. The sofa area was spacious and the couch was really nice & clean. The bathroom was super clean & pretty! The shower was huge!! I loved everything about it! No complaints at all.
