Yes, they are. They are a local dog shelter. Take the pup by the company and tell them that you found it and it was abondoned, along with any medical problems you may have noticed and what you have been feeding/giving it. They will ask questions and have paperwork. And hopefully you leave without a pup!
I was told through Petsmart that they work with you and the cat adoptions. I have a question before I adopt one. Do you provide bloodwork for any diseases such as feline leukemia? I already have an indoor cat.
