We had a delightful time at the restaurant. Our waiter , Lance, seemed more like a manager in that he was extremely helpful in finding what we wanted and knew about everything and suggested things we hadn’t thought of. We were 4 ladies from out of state in town for the “ keeping it country “ music show. And we will be back next year

Like others I also was served raw chicken...unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before we made the decision to dine here. Extremely slow and understaffed, appeared one guy was doing everything while everyone else was sitting around on thier phones. Usually IHOP is decent but certainly not this one ✌️

It was decent. The food was very slow to arrive to me, but that’s the fault of management for not paying their workers more and being short handed. If iHop management would pay workers a living wage, in a pandemic, people might work there. Anyway, our server (I think his name was Ryan, that’s what my check said), was really awesome. He took care of us and didn’t mind that I took forever to order. I’m very indecisive. It sucks that a couple parties left because of slow food service, so I made up in tips for Ryan by tipping 50%. I hope it helped some. The workers honestly deserve to be treated way better than they are. No, didn’t hear any complaints from the workers, but you can tell they were short staffed. Also a worker was rude when we came in, shoving past my mother who was holding my 14 month old daughter in order to get in the building. That was concerning. Food was good, bacon could’ve been crispier but oh well. It was decent and better than eating at McDonalds. Props to Ryan, he deserves a raise.

My friend and I went to Shreveport for a little girls getaway. We love to eat at ihop and have NEVER had a bad experience with any ihop. We waited an hour before we even got our food. Once we got our food, the food was cold and did not look appealing at all. We could not cut our pancakes properly. The waitress had poor customer service and even talked about us to other customer while we were sitting beside them. I have never experienced this type of behavior from any restaurant and was very disappointed that I received it from ihop. 4-5 cooks in the kitchen including the manager, customers should not have to wait and hour for food. I really do hope this location improves in so many ways.

They just reopened from a renovation and they are waiting on someone to hook the fry stations back up. They are like every other business in this country right now they need help!
