We usually love staying at Homewood Suites & other Hilton properties. The 2-bedroom option works perfectly for our family. Well, that didn't happen for us this time. This year we were late making our reservations so rooms in the area were limited. Our room was not properly cleaned. We reported the issue, and we were told they would clean it again. It never happened. We reported it again at checkout, and we were told again a manager would call us. Again, it never happened. Everyone was very nice & apologetic, but we needed action. We had always heard bad things about this location...the rumors are true!

The hotel looks nice and big. The room was nice and it’s everything I expected. The price is a little higher than what I would like, it would have been nice to include breakfast with this price. The pool looked good, nice outdoor sitting area. However, the hot tub was under repair and looked like an eye sour. The outside doors are locked the entire time, good thing. The app door opener actually works very well, that I need a regular door key. I will come back to this hotel if I’m back in the area.

Awful room!!! Would give zero stars but it’s not an option. Booking.com rated this as excellent. It was late and decided to stay another night. Hilton typically has nice hotels. We paid $200 for a room that smelled like stale cigarettes and was filthy, with stained sheer curtains on a window that we couldn’t even see out of!!! It was 5 feet up! Hair in the shower with dirty shower walls and dust everywhere. Pillows that couldn’t even be called pillows. We had to fix the tv because it was not programmed to work? I saw cobwebs on the wall with stains and peeling paint in the corners. I called the front desk and it only ever rang. No answer. It was late so we had no choice but to stay. I took plenty of photos but it’s hard to tell how bad it was! Shame on you Hilton for putting your name on this hotel- corporate should review!! I’ll definitely be calling to complain and ask for a refund.

I have stayed here many times since 2019 and it has been a solid 4.5 for many stays. This hotel has changed. I rented a room and rented a conference room for meetings. We didn't not request coffee but decided to ask for it. 3 Times we were told that it was coming, it never did. The workout equipment has fallen in to disrepair and there is no one that wants to hear about it at the front desk. The restaurant food is good but the service has collapsed recently. They are full much of the time and will not accommodate any special requests because I guess they don't feel that they have to. Moved to brand M and expect not to go back.
