The one star is because the apartments are nice, amenities are nice, and the area is nice. But our neighbors above us has ruined our experience and outlook here. We moved in March 2022 and since day one, the neighbors have been EXCESSIVELY loud right above us. We have tried talking to the neighbors who are preferred to not respond about a month after we moved in. We have tried getting Seminole county involved. We have spoke with the office multiple times since April and have been told that they will serve them with a 7 day notice to cure the noise but they have never done it. Being that I am a nurse and work overnight and plus work from home, this has been the biggest inconvenience. I feel like the issue has been ignored and overlooked. Because of this we decided to move asap before our lease ends. The amount we pay per month is entirely too much to have to put up with extreme noise all because the office won’t keep their word. Again, nice apartments but it will depend on the type of neighbors you have.

OK! I've read most of the one and two-star reviews and I'm lost for words. People are whining "the high pitch kind" about issues that in part are out of the office staff's control and materialized by the tenant themselves. Example 1: "My neighbors are loud" Remedy: make a neighborly friendship and express your concerns. If it persists, tell the office but notify the police. Example 2: "I was charged after moving out due to auto-pay" Remedy: PAY ATTENTION! The office staff is there to help, but they’re not Mommy or your personal attendant. I'll provide one more! Example: "the sprinklers are ruining my Rims" Remedy: There are over 200 garages in this neighborhood; need I say more? The problem is that people get these two definitions Mixed up. servant noun A person who performs duties for others, especially a person employed in a house on domestic duties or as a personal attendant. customer service noun The assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. They're not your servant! Take a few steps toward making your own life lighter by paying attention, and buy a little bug spray "if ever needed" I've never seen a mouse in Florida; let alone here, and not one roach in here. This place is Dope, Nice, and Beautiful and they just got new Gym equipment; I'm talking fresh out of the pack. Someone was rocking a baby bump; congrats on that. The office staff as a collective doesn't need the drama. You have to be looking for problems to find one here; Seriously! Oh yeah, and I never received a gift card to say any of these things!
