RUN AWAY! BE CAREFUL! THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BUGS, RATS, AND MOLD. IT DOSENT MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE ISSUE IT WONT GET FIXED PROPERLY. IF DOSES GET FIXED IT GETS FIXED HALF WAY. THE MANAGER CHRISTINE IS ALWAYS HIGH AS A KITE. THEY NEED TO RANDOMLY DRUG TEST HER. SHES SO BUSY TRYING TO GET HER BONUS ITS WHY NOTHING GETS FIXED CORRECTLY. SHES TRYING TO SAVE THE COMPMAY MONEY TO GET HER BONUS AT THE SAME TIME. SHES VERY RUDE TOWARDS HER STAFF AND TENNANTS. CLEARLY READ THE THE REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE ITS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR OVER A YEAR. IF THEY REPLACED HER THIS PLACE WOULD BE GREAT. CANT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO END NEXT MONTH.

I’m writing this review on behave of my significant other I come to see here quite often. I’ve learned that the staff here doesn’t quite care or seems to ignore the people that live here with serious problems. With very bad roach problems, to leaks and mold it only seems to worsen as time goes on. Drastic rent increases due to inflation should allow the staff running this complex to solve these problems the correct way without the problem to continue or worsen. It’s not like said person is the only one dealing with these problems. The reviews from multiple people speak for itself. Something needs to get done to solve all of these problems or more negative things are to come in the near future.

Ever since we move in to this apartments. We have requested to get some issues fix that anyone would consider an emergency. We have mold growing under our kitchen sink for months. It seems that the staff and corporate personnel don’t take this mold issue seriously. Don’t mind the numerous calls and emails including pictures this mold situation would not get anywhere. What should be my next step? How can I get help?
