Needed to get some foreign currency, ordered it and it just came in, but my wife, who is on the account CANNOT come in and pick it up?!?!? "It is our policy." Well, my policy is not to use companies who put these types of policies in front of long term customers with a join account? Use your brains. Someone there could have come up with a solution. Wonder how much this will cost your Bank in dollars over the long haul. You will never know. It is my "policy" not to share this information with two dimensional thinkers.

Always a problem with this bank. Did you know as a customer of Chase Bank if you write a check to somebody for more than $2,500 they're not allowed to cash it. Company policy it's your money it's in the account but they can't have it

Love this Branch! Everyone is amazing here, never had a better experience at a bank.

no one pick up phone , any time when went to bank they told will give an appointment with financial advisor , but no body gave a call after that , they have no interest at all .
