Had to take off fr work and gondu package as the Driver kept it on the truck for 4 days when it should have be given to the US Post Office for the actual smart post delivery.. Reason??? When final delivered the content's we're destroyed... It almost seamed like vandalism and of course they Fed Ex blamed the packaging and shipper when no one in their right mind would have taken this package into their system without a damage waver from the start.. A total loss on my end because of the shipping delay I miss the reporting deadline with the online website n.. Plain and simple Fed Rx Sucks for small business and could care less about the little people. Fortune 500 only need apply..

Good lord this place is horrible, out for delivery all day and suddenly it’s back at the building. If your worker was too puny to lift the heavy package off the truck he could have asked my 93 year old grandma for assistance. And if you call FedEx it’s even worse. Trash company.

Asked them to hold 3 orders for me, placed at the same time. Had MANY different workers confirm the delivery was being held. They slowly delivered my items one by one... to an apartment I won't be moving into until another 2 weeks. Thanks for ruining my reputation with the new apartment before we even move in and forcing me to call several times a day for weeks to your service centers.

lost my package and it took a lil longer to get it but i eventually recieved it a few days later
