I stopped into ATT to revert back to a plan I had changed the previous day. The new plan didn’t work out so I wanted to change back to my old plan as soon as possible before I incurred any additional charges. A great young man named Ronald came to help me out. I expected I might be given a hard time about changing my plan back to a less expensive one - but that did not happen. Ronald put me back on my original plan in minutes. He was personable, professional, funny - but most important - competent. Thanks Ronald - you made my day brighter.
