I rented a small climate controlled unit for about 1.5 years and had a great experience. The staff are super helpful and friendly and they clearly explained the rental terms and fees. It’s also one of the cleanest and well cared for commercial properties that I’ve seen. My unit was very clean, no pests or odors. Really great experience all around!

Depends on the size of the unit. I have a 5x10 unit and I pay $88 a month including insurance
$20 and i think $10 for insurance and then you just have to make sure it has a full tank of gas when finished. But it should be an all day rental.
