If you ask for what you want the services impeccable. I asked where the reciprocal saws were and the plastic clamps. The salesman corrected me to both. After picking them up both sales people walked me through getting what I needed and not getting what I didn't need.

I enjoy going to these stores. Usually smaller than the big box stores. It is a good place to run in and find the necessary thing at the time. You can actually find an employee for assistance. 👍👍

Cheaper than Home Depot with some really good buys. But their locations are sparse, the in store & online stock is iffy and their service is very very lacking. They need to update their in store and on line system. An hour to return items at the Brick store with no computer purchase access is not acceptable in the 21st century. Whether items were purchased online, or in the store it should not be an issue.
