I never had late payments and i for thr first time i got behind due to my power bill having a huge increase. Called to ask to get an extension on my bill so i can make a larger payment and i was told i had to make a payment by that following monday or they WILL CUT MY POWER OFF!!! During that conversation the lady told me to probably look into barrowing money from a family member or church. Over crossing the line. Also, said you have been running your heat to much that is why your bill is high. I was offended by that remark. I am so unhappy and offended by this company. Unavailable!!!!
