They deleted the tunes from my tuner through an update after connecting to wifi. Deleted truck 3 years ago. Purchased their tuner. 1st time ever using the tuner a couple months ago to read a code from check engine light only to have my tunes that I paid for, erased from the tuner and putting my truck into limp mode. Now they won't respond to my emails. I purchased a product from you that you changed. I'm entitled a refund.

I have been trying to contact them to get a code to un-marry my new device that hasn’t been ever connected to a car and no one is answering phone or emails.. its been a couple of days since I’ve heard of them…. Edit after seeing the reply from sct: Its been more than 10 hours since I’ve last emailed you guys, no response.

Bought tuner a month ago. Mustang got wrecked by another driver that rear ended. Bought a new f150. They're like you need to pay another 200 to unlock tuner. Which was less then 30 days old that I bought from them. So easy to verify. Total scam.

I'm replacing my throttle body on a 2015 f-150 5.0 Currently I have a SCT tune on the truck, do I need to take the tune off before I put on the new throttle body on or just leave the tune in.

If the throttle body is the same size and does not use a different IAC valve then you should be fine to just install it. If either of the above is true then I would recommend sourcing a custom tuning dealer to have tunes written for those changes. You can find a custom tuning dealer easily here: https://sctctdn.com/

They make tuners and tuning software. Any hardware or custom tuning (which you'd probably want post-hardware) is all 3rd party.

I can't get through by phone.. I have an older SCT tuner on my 2006 f250 6.0. It will not return to stock tune or down load updates by wi-fi. Will a new SCT tuner over ride the old settings if I buy a new one?

Apologies Jeff, we have high call volumes today and on most Mondays. We should be able to troubleshoot this with you, Tuesday - Thursday mornings are usually slower. If you do decide to purchase a new device then you will lose your stock file, however, we should be able to help you with a recovery file.
