Kennedy Skylights

We ordered two vented Kennedy skylights through our local building supply company-ABC Supply in April 2021. Here it is mid July and I still do not have the two skylights in hand. On three separate occasions now the skylights have either arrived damaged to our NY location or Kennedy's subcontractor location in Illinois for framing purposes. There has been no attempt made by Kennedy whatsoever to make this right with the customer or supply company for the repetitive delays (no expedited shipping, waived shipping or product discount/refund offered). I know this has been a tough year with the pandemic with material availability/costs but this type of customer service is totally unacceptable. This has clearly been one of the worst experiences I've encountered with any major building company. I was really hoping to showcase the Kennedy skylights in Central NY to compete with other skylight companies based on their prices and product line but I have discouraged any potential suitors and terminated those new associate endeavors with the showing of poor customer service, lack of communication and empathy provided by the Kennedy Company and its associates. It appears we will have to rely on Velux for our skylight services once again.

I bought 3 deck mounted skylights wih 3 flashing kits. It took 3 hours to cut all the flashing to fit my units. You would think for $ 100 each the flashing would fit. I'm a contractor and wasted half a day . I could of bent them myself saving time and alot of money. I won't do it again.
